Also I want to add a logo to this but I don’t know typography/lettering that much… those in the know, would you suggest starting from a real font? I feel like that’s how to do it but I don’t wanna copy too hard….

Oh, I learned a pretty handy method in my design class! I suggest going to a font website (dafont is usually great) and searching for a few that fit. (There’s even an option to input your own words as an example in the different fonts) Then you can either try practicing drawing the lettering by hand, or printing out a sheet and tracing it. The point is just to get a feel for drawing out the words, and finding certain things in the fonts that you like- serif, no serif, certain curls on letters or letter thickness, etc

And after all of that, try making your own! It takes some time to go through the whole process, but it helps a lot.
