MORE FINISHED VERSION OF THAT OTHER THING
I like the yellow!!!
Also I want to add a logo to this but I don’t know typography/lettering that much… those in the know, would you suggest starting from a real font? I feel like that’s how to do it but I don’t wanna copy too hard….
Oh, I learned a pretty handy method in my design class! I suggest going to a font website (dafont is usually great) and searching for a few that fit. (There’s even an option to input your own words as an example in the different fonts) Then you can either try practicing drawing the lettering by hand, or printing out a sheet and tracing it. The point is just to get a feel for drawing out the words, and finding certain things in the fonts that you like- serif, no serif, certain curls on letters or letter thickness, etc
And after all of that, try making your own! It takes some time to go through the whole process, but it helps a lot.
ahhh thanks Gena! :D

This is practicing proper Feminism
this is not
This is also proper Feminism

If you want to be respected than act like someone who deserves respect.
So…feminism is only valid if women act the way YOU think they should act?
Women only deserve respect if they act in a way you personally approve of?
It’s only REAL feminism if the women who practice it are dressed a certain way?
What a…funny sort of “feminism” you have.
And by funny, I mean it sucks.

“May your coming year be filled with magic and dreams and good madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you’re wonderful, and don’t forget to make some art — write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I hope, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself.” -Neil Gaiman
My first New Year’s Message, and still the best of them. Tonight I’ll write a new one, and I do not yet know what it will say.
